Pacific Education Institute (PEI) sponsors and administers Project Learning Tree in Washington State.  PEI faculty deliver Project Learning Tree workshops for teachers and other educators. Further, educators from a variety of organizations across the state have also been trained by PEI  to facilitate PLT workshops. These organization include Washington State University Extension, Conservation Districts, School Districts,  Educational Service Districts, environmental non-profits as well as local, state, and national parks.  Faculty from various teacher preparation programs at Universities are trained as well by PEI to deliver PLT materials to their students through their courses.
